Long lifespan for frequently moving feet
Long lifespan for frequently moving feet
The foot is at the farthest end of the human body, but it has the structure and function most closely related to health and life span. For example, there are 206 bones in the human body, and there are 26 in one foot; there are also 33 joints, 20 muscles and more than 100 ligaments. As for the connection between the feet and the large and small organs in the body, it is also extremely subtle and magical. Traditional Chinese medicine has long discovered that there are reflection areas of various organs on the soles of the feet, and the health status of each organ can be reflected in the corresponding reflection areas. Stimulating these reflex areas through scientific methods can enhance the functions of the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys and other organs. Therefore, there is a saying in the health-preserving circle that "young people with feet can live a healthy life".

If you want life from your feet, you can choose some methods that suit you and do foot exercises every day.
1. Dry your feet. Take off your shoes and socks, and expose the soles of your feet to the sun for 20 to 30 minutes, which is called sunbathing on the soles of your feet. Can promote whole body metabolism, accelerate blood circulation. It is most suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with weak constitution and children.
2. Dry your feet. Grind 100 grams of traditional Chinese medicine Aconitum aconitum (or Aconitum aconitum) and 10 grams of camphor into fine powder, adjust it to the size of a pellet with vinegar, stick it on the sole of the foot, and then bake it on a low fire (the temperature can be tolerated by humans), At the same time, the body is surrounded by clothes until sweating. This method has special effects on foot muscle fatigue and joint rheumatic pain.
3. Beat your feet. Use a mallet to gently tap the sole of the foot, 50-100 times each time, to make it feel sore, numb, hot, and swollen. Do it once on each foot. Thumping stimulates the nerve endings on the soles of the feet and promotes blood circulation.
4. Move your toes. The stomach meridian runs between the second toe and the third toe, regular movement of the toes can strengthen the stomach. People with weak gastrointestinal function should take a little time every day to practice pinching things with their second and third toes, or move their toes consciously when sitting or lying down. Perseverance is beneficial to enhance gastrointestinal function.
5. Toe rubbing. Take three to five minutes a day to rub the toes of your feet with the pads of your fingers to eliminate fatigue.
6. Shake your feet. Take the supine position, lift your feet in the air, then shake your feet, and finally turn them rhythmically like pedaling a bicycle. Do this for 5-6 minutes each time. It can activate blood circulation throughout the body and relieve fatigue.
7. Go barefoot. Take off your shoes and socks and walk barefoot at home, not only for health preservation but also for bodybuilding. Women who love beauty may wish to do more.
8. Turn your feet. People with high blood pressure often have varying degrees of stiffness in their ankles. Often turning their feet can help blood flow and stabilize blood pressure.
9. Foot massage. First massage the whole foot 3 to 5 times, and then massage the reflex areas on the feet in a targeted manner; once a day or every other day, 30 to 40 minutes each time.
10. Bath your feet. Soak your feet with warm water of about 40 degrees Celsius before going to bed (the water temperature should be about 45 degrees Celsius in winter), and massage your feet at the same time. In order to maintain the water temperature, appropriate amount of hot water can be added gradually. After soaking the feet, wipe the feet dry, and then massage the Sanyinjiao, Zusanli and Fengchi points 20 times each, with the technique being light at first and then heavy.
