However, is this the case? it's not true.

In fact, the carbohydrates contained in rice are indeed sugars, but they are an important part of human tissues, can participate in cell composition and various functional activities, and are the main source of maintaining blood sugar .

When the body lacks carbohydrates, it will lead to physiological dysfunction, and then induce dizziness, cold sweats, fatigue and other symptoms, and even induce irreversible brain damage.

And the so-called not eating solid food is completely pseudoscience!
