Fried Spring Rolls with Dumpling Wraps

200g ground pork

1 stick leek

1 stick celery

1/4 cabbage

20 pieces dumpling wrappers (or wonton wrappers)

1 egg

Appropriate amount of bread flour

seasoning

Right amount of sesame oil

a little soy sauce

In the sunny morning, if you want to eat something suitable for the occasion, you might as well order fried spring rolls! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have spring roll wrappers.
