From 140 to 102 pounds, I only did one thing, and that was fitness. Whenever I look back on the past, I regret why this matter didn’t start earlier, but it’s not too late, as long as you did it, didn't it?

The first 10-kilometer long-distance run in my life, the run was smooth and enjoyable! However, who would have thought that in all my life before the age of 25, I was a weak chicken who didn't even pass the sports test. The only time I passed the 800-meter test was when my best friend ran for me.

When I graduated from university, my weight reached more than 140 pounds, and then I lost it to about 115 pounds by dieting. Although the weight was reduced, during that time, it led to mild hypoglycemia + loose skin, and the obvious mode of killing chickens and retrieving eggs, and then gave up. , the weight regained its original weight.

From my point of view, no matter what method is used, or based on what the original intention is, developing the exercise habit is the first important thing. At this time, choose an exercise method you are most interested in, and then start moving and stick to it for a long time. This is the most important thing for early fat losers.

In fact, when I first started exercising, I persisted for a while, and when I felt lazy, I would choose my favorite exercise to do. For example: hot dance exercises or aerobic exercises, because they are more interesting, they will not be painful to practice; if you are interested in yoga, you can start first. Although yoga is indeed very effective in reducing fat, it can have Helps you develop early exercise habits. In short, first find a way to get yourself moving in the way that is easiest to stick to.

When I first came into contact with fat loss, I always did hiit, because hiit can effectively reduce dimensions, and it has high fat loss efficiency and consumes more calories per unit time, which is much more effective than traditional aerobics (such as simple jogging). After two months of perseverance, my waist circumference has decreased from 72 to 65, but my weight has only lost a pound or two. In fact, this is not a bad thing. It means that the fat content is less, but the muscle is preserved as much as possible.

According to my experience, the anaerobic + aerobic exercise mode can effectively reduce body weight and maximize the fat loss effect. Strength training + aerobic exercise, the frequency is basically controlled from three to five days a week, no less than 1 hour each time, and hiit + aerobic exercise is occasionally interspersed, so that the weight is reduced to about 102 within three months, and fat loss is completed.

Diet control is more important than training. During the few months when I was the most serious about losing fat, I used food scales to accurately measure the weight every day. Don’t be too troublesome. Weighing before meals and recording after meals will only take a few minutes, but stick to it for a long time. Benefit a lot.

It is worth mentioning that I have not done much running training, whether it is during the fat loss period or the muscle building period, and the number of running so far is still counted on one hand. But the 10 kilometers can be completed relatively easily this time, which shows that my cardiopulmonary function and muscular endurance have made a qualitative leap since I started exercising.
