Fried Noodles with Wrapped Tomatoes and Eggs

First prepare a roll wrap, cut it from the middle, then cut off the hard core of the roll wrap, and cut the roll wrap into shreds. Put the cut rolls in clean water, add a spoonful of salt, clean the rolls and soak for 15 minutes. After fifteen minutes, rinse with running water.
Next, prepare an onion, cut it in the middle, then shred the onion, and put the diced onion in a bowl for later use.
Prepare another green and red pepper, remove the root, then cut the green and red pepper down the middle and cut it into small pieces. Cut the green peppers into small pieces in the same way, and arrange the chopped green and red peppers on a plate for later use.
Next, prepare two ham sausages and cut them into slices. You can leave it out if you don’t like it, and put the sliced ham in a bowl for later use.
Take a washed tomato, make a cross on it, and place the tomato into a large bowl. Add the hot water that has just boiled, blanch the skins of the tomatoes, and peel off the skins of the tomatoes. Blanched tomatoes are easy to peel. Then cut the tomatoes down the middle and remove the stems. Cut into small pieces and arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate for later use.
Prepare another slice of green onion, cut the right amount of chopped green onion. Prepare a few more garlic cloves and cut them into slices. Prepare another piece of ginger, first cut the ginger into slices, then shredded, and finally cut into minced ginger, and put the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic on a plate for later use.
Next, prepare a small bowl, crack four eggs, and then use chopsticks to stir the eggs thoroughly, so that the egg whites and egg yolks are fully integrated, take out the wok to dry, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and pour in the prepared eggs. With a quick stir, fry the eggs into chunks.
Boil a pot of boiling water in advance. Add the prepared noodles, then stir to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot, then bring to a boil over high heat, cook until the pot is completely boiled, and add an appropriate amount of cold water. The noodles are cooked for 8-9 minutes, then cooled in cold water, then drained. Add the right amount of dark soy sauce and the right amount of cooked oil to the cooked noodles, then stir well with chopsticks. Adding dark soy sauce can enhance the color of the noodles, and the noodles will be more delicious. Add cooking oil, the noodles are not sticky and not lumpy, stir well and set aside.
In another pan, add cooking oil, and when the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger, and garlic to fry until fragrant.
After frying, add the tomatoes and continue to stir fry until the tomato soup thickens, and stir fry the tomatoes until soft. Fry tomatoes until soft.
After frying the soup, add the rolls and some bean sprouts and onions. Continue to stir fry evenly. Stir fry the veggies until tender.
Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, a teaspoon of white sugar, an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste, then stir-fry again to make it even.
Then add the prepared noodles, green and red peppers, sliced ham and scrambled eggs, and stir fry again.
Add some cabbage and stir fry until tender. Then you can put it on a plate, put it on a plate, and enjoy. It was so fragrant that my saliva was almost drooling. The fried noodles made this way are especially delicious.
