Production steps:

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Spray a thin layer of vegetable oil (outside) on the doughnut tin.

Heat the unsalted butter and dissolve in water. Sieve flour and baking powder.

Beat eggs and sugar until slightly white, add milk and mix well.

Warm Tips: You can replace sugar with 40g honey to increase the flavor.

Add in the sifted flour, gently cut with a spatula and mix well.

Add the melted cream and vegetable oil to the batter.

Gently cut with a spatula and mix well.

Pour the finished batter into a squeeze bag.

Squeeze into a flower bag or spoon into the mold.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, unmold the doughnuts and let cool when done.

Take 1 doughnut and lightly cut 2 small slits at the cat ears with the tip of a knife.

Insert almonds into the slits to make cat ears.

  1. All chocolates are insulated and water-dissolved separately. Dip half of the doughnut into the melted chocolate. Or place the doughnuts on a cooling rack and pour over the melted chocolate.

After the chocolate has solidified, decorate with different colored chocolates.

Then use dark chocolate to paint the eyes, nose, pattern and beard.
