Zhengzhou Anxiety: How to Self-Relieve Anxiety
When we feel anxious, what are some ways we can help ourselves out of trouble?
First, try to relax yourself.
That is, no tension. For example, when you are slightly better, imagine all possible dangerous situations and let the weakest situation come first. And keep repeating, you'll slowly think of any dangerous situations or stop experiencing anxiety throughout the process. At this point, it is terminated.
Second, learn to reflect on yourself.
Some neurotic anxiety is due to the patient's repression of a certain emotional experience or desire, causing it to be unconsciously repressed. But it didn't go away and remained lurking in the unconscious, causing symptoms. When you are sick, you only know pain and anxiety, not the cause. Therefore, in this case, you must reflect on yourself and speak out the painful things in your subconscious mind. You can vent when necessary, and symptoms generally disappear after venting.
Third, use self-stimulation.
After the onset of anxiety neurosis, the mind is always cranky, restless, puzzled and extremely painful. At this point, the patient can use self-stimulation to divert attention. If you're thinking, find an interesting and engaging book to read, or engage in intense physical labor and forget about the pain. This prevents your imagination from triggering other diseases, while also enhancing your ability to adapt.
Fourth, build confidence in yourself.
Self-confidence is a necessary prerequisite for the cure of neurotic anxiety. Some people who do not have self-confidence in themselves doubt their ability to get things done and deal with, exaggerating the possibility of failure, creating anxiety, tension, and fear. Therefore, as a neurotic anxiety patient, we must first be confident and reduce inferiority complex. I should believe that with each increase in confidence, my anxiety level will decrease a little bit, and confidence will return, that is, the anxiety will eventually be driven out.
