What about dragging a hungry body for a run? When exercising, muscles need to break down sugar and fat to mix two raw materials for energy, both of which are indispensable.

When you are hungry, muscle tissue lacks enough glycogen, which will increase the proportion of fat consumption, but without enough sugar, it is impossible to exercise with sufficient intensity.
