  1. Ginger candy

"Ingredient Preparation" 1 jin of tender ginger, 350 grams of sugar

"Ingredients" 2 pieces of ginger, appropriate amount of white vinegar, appropriate amount of brown sugar

(3) Prepare a water-free and oil-free glass bottle, add ginger slices and pour white vinegar, just below the ginger 2 cm, add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, if you like sweet, you can put more, put it in the refrigerator for 3 days ready to eat

  1. Ginger jujube paste

"Ingredients" 2 kg of ginger, 2 catties of red dates, 2 handfuls of wolfberry, 1 catties of old brown sugar

(1) Prepare 2 pounds of red dates, cut them into small pieces, remove the jujube core, and steam for 20 minutes

(2) After steaming, put it into the juicer, add an appropriate amount of water and make it into a mud. If the amount of water is not fixed, you can turn it. If you put less water, the later production time will be less.

(3) Then prepare 2 pounds of ginger, do not need to peel and clean it, cut it into thin slices, and make a fine ginger paste as well

(4) Pour ginger puree, red date puree, wolfberry fruit, old brown sugar into the non-stick pot, boil the brown sugar on high heat first, there will be more water in it at the beginning, stir a little, cover with a lid and cook on low heat

(5) Open the lid when bubbling occurs, and keep stirring with a shovel. Don't be too impatient to do this, but stir slowly. Finally, when it is sticky like this, you can turn off the fire.

(6) After cooling, put it into a water-free and oil-free glass bottle. When you eat it, you only need to rinse it with hot water.
