Drink and blush and practice more? Don't make fun of life, remind: it turns out to be a lack of this enzyme

There is an old saying in China: If there is no wine, there will be no banquet!

Especially during the New Year and festivals, when colleagues gather for dinner, relatives and friends gather, it is indispensable to have a few drinks!

Moreover, many people think that only drinking and drinking are harmful to the body, and a small amount of drinking will not harm the body.

However, in recent years, studies have confirmed that even a small amount of alcohol will increase the risk of cancer, and that from the mouth to the stomach, internal organs to the skin, almost all are affected by alcohol, the most representative of which is: liver cancer!

Even though everyone can count the harm of drinking, but some people are addicted to alcohol, and they have also formed a unique "drinking" culture. When they see people who drink and blush, they will even coax and let them. Drink more wine and say "you blush when you drink, but you won't get drunk if you drink a thousand cups"!

But in fact, drinking blush is not the legendary 1000 cups, but: alcohol poisoning!

The main damage of alcohol is concentrated in the human central nervous system, resulting in neurological disorders and inhibition. If you drink a lot of high-concentration liquor at one time, it will cause alcohol poisoning, nausea, vomiting, heartbeat disorder and other symptoms, and even death. In addition, people who drink and blush are generally accompanied by symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and nausea. This is actually a reaction to alcohol poisoning!

Here we want to mention the special alcohol-degrading enzymes in the human body, which include two types of alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase. The organ responsible for breaking down alcohol dehydrogenase and expelling alcohol is actually the liver, which is why drinking alcohol damages the liver. Under normal circumstances, after drinking alcohol, the liver first produces alcohol dehydrogenase, which converts alcohol into acetaldehyde. Then acetaldehyde is decomposed into acetic acid under the action of dehydrogenase. The acetic acid is eventually metabolized into carbon dioxide and water and excreted!

The genes related to these two dehydrogenases are ABH1B and ALDN2, respectively, and most Chinese people lack the ALDN2 gene, that is, lack of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase secretion. When alcohol dehydrogenase is active, ethanol will be rapidly converted into acetaldehyde, but acetaldehyde cannot be metabolized as usual and accumulates in the body, thereby stimulating the expansion of blood vessels in the facial skin and causing the symptoms of red face and ears.

If you don't heed this warning sign and still drink a lot of alcohol while you're flushed, alcoholism ensues. This is not the most terrifying. Recent studies have confirmed that people who lack ALDN2 have a 6-10 times higher risk of cancer!

So, don't underestimate the symptoms of blushing, there is a huge health crisis hidden behind it!

Not only people who drink and blush should reduce the amount of alcohol they drink, but even people who do not respond after drinking, does not mean that alcohol will not cause harm to the body at all.

As long as alcohol enters the body, in the process of metabolism, acetaldehyde will be produced. This component has liver cell damage, can induce liver DNA mutation, inhibit the normal liver fat synthesis and metabolism. Therefore, after long-term heavy drinking, alcoholic fatty liver, hepatitis, and even liver cirrhosis and liver cancer may also occur!

Therefore, for the sake of health, it is the most correct way to stay away from alcohol control as soon as possible. Especially for patients with chronic liver disease, if they do not want the disease to develop further, the first thing to do is to stay away from alcohol. Alcohol is not a necessity for life and social interaction. Drinking alcohol does not tell a person's character. The real communication is actually the communication between hearts and hearts!
