Among them, men aged 60-64 had the most cancer patients and died the most, and women aged 50-54 had the most cancer patients.

2. To prevent disease, 5 things should not be sloppy

The prevention of diseases is far greater than the treatment, especially diseases such as cancer that endanger people's health and life safety. It is necessary to do prevention as soon as possible, and the following five things to prevent diseases should not be sloppy.

1. Quit smoking and limit alcohol

3. Ensure good and adequate sleep

4. Avoid prolonged sitting and exercise properly

3. Remember these common cancer screening methods

Cancer prevention and screening are both important, and for some high-risk groups of cancer, regular cancer screening is also necessary.

1. Lung cancer: low-dose spiral CT

For people aged 40-74 years old, people who smoke more than 30 pack-years, passive smokers for 20 years, high-risk groups of lung cancer with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, occupational exposure history, family history of lung cancer, etc. Perform a low-dose helical CT screening.

2. Esophageal Cancer: Endoscopy Screening

For high-risk groups of esophageal cancer who are over 40 years old, who smoke and drink for a long time, have a family history of esophageal cancer, like to eat hot food, rough food, and have symptoms of related precancerous lesions, if there is no abnormality in endoscopic examination, it is recommended that every two Endoscopy screening every three years.

3. Gastric cancer: gastroscopy

People over 40 years old who are at high risk of gastric cancer with Helicobacter pylori infection, long-term smoking and drinking, family history of gastric cancer, underlying gastric diseases, etc., if there is no abnormality in gastroscopic examination, it is recommended to perform gastroscopic screening every 2-3 years.

4. Liver cancer: Serum alpha-fetoprotein detection

People at high risk of liver cancer who are positive for hepatitis B, have a history of hepatitis C infection, liver cirrhosis, and family history of liver cancer should preferably undergo serum alpha-fetoprotein detection and abdominal ultrasonography every six months.
