Method 1: Increase self-confidence

Method 3: Self-reflection.

Method 4: Self-stimulation
After the onset of anxiety neurosis, the mind is always cranky, restless, puzzled and extremely painful. At this point, the patient can use self-stimulation to divert attention.
If you're thinking, find an interesting and engaging book to read, or engage in intense physical labor and forget about the pain. This prevents your imagination from triggering other diseases, while also enhancing your ability to adapt.
Method 5: Self-hypnosis.
Most people with anxiety disorders have sleep disturbances, having difficulty falling asleep or waking up suddenly from a dream. Autosuggestion hypnosis can be performed at this time. For example, you can count, or pick up a book with your hands to read, etc. Put yourself to sleep.
