Roasted Chicken Breast with Broad Beans
Ingredients: 500g chicken thighs, 50g broad beans, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 2 Chaotian peppers, walnuts, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon oil, sugar
Method: 1. Boil water in a pot, blanch the broad beans in water to remove the beany smell, remove and soak in cold water for 5 minutes; peel the walnuts and break into small pieces, soak the mushrooms, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces, and cut the chili peppers into small pieces. Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
