  2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, put in the tofu and fry, fry until both sides are browned, remove and drain the oil

Sand Tea Beef

Practice: 1. Rinse and slice the beef, put it in the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.

  1. Cut the spinach into small pieces, wash and drain; mince the garlic for use.

  4. Add oyster sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, water and stir fry evenly.

  5. Stir fry the beef for 5 seconds on high heat, then add the water spinach from practice 2 and fry for about half a minute.

  6. Thicken with white powder and water, stir fry evenly and sprinkle with sesame oil to finish.

Twice-cooked saury

Ingredients: two saury, 200g green garlic sprouts, a tablespoon of fermented black bean sauce, a little onion and ginger, pepper, salt, and cooking wine in moderation;

practice

  1. Clean the saury, cut it into small pieces of about 1cm, mix with cooking wine, pepper, and salt to marinate for 15 minutes, and cut the green garlic into sections;

  2. Use a kitchen towel to absorb the excess water of the marinated saury; heat the oil in the pot, and fry the fish pieces until the surface is golden brown;

  3. A little remaining oil in the pot, stir-fry the shallots and ginger, add the tempeh and spicy sauce and stir-fry well; add the saury pieces and stir-fry well; add the green garlic and stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds;
