Stir-fried Pork with Chili

Ingredients: 200g pork belly; 100g small pepper; 50g onion; 4-5 cloves of garlic; 1 tablespoon chopped green onion; 2-3 slices ginger; 2g salt; 1 teaspoon sugar;

  1. Slice the pork, add the marinating ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes; cut the pepper into small pieces, dice the onion, slice the garlic, and mince the shallot and ginger for later use; heat the oil in the pot, add the shallot and ginger to saute until fragrant, then add the meat and stir fry;

  2. After the meat slices are cooked, add a tablespoon of fermented black bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant; add small peppers, onions, and garlic slices, stir-fry evenly, add salt and sugar to taste; add sesame oil and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Cola Ribs

  1. Prepare all materials.

  2. Wash the ribs, put them in a pot of clean water, boil over high heat, skim off the foam, remove and rinse with hot water.

Pineapple Duck
