Have you found the root of bad mood?
Good emotions are the gift of the world, and bad emotions, even in a single thought, are yours to pay for. People with high emotional intelligence know how to control their emotions and never pay for their bad emotions.
Sometimes I'm not satisfied, sometimes I'm not happy, it's all because of my own mood. Sometimes it's not other people who embarrass you, but the little world inside you.
Bad mood, sometimes just not enough emotional intelligence.
We may have also experienced something like this:
You already feel full, and your parents keep adding vegetables to your bowl to keep you eating;
You are obviously hot, and your lover dresses you.
Remember your first reaction?
I'm not sure I got it, and moved, but I'm getting a little impatient. Therefore, being in a bad mood sometimes means not having enough emotional intelligence and feeling the love and care of those around you.
Psychologists have discovered that the oldest limbic system in the human brain is responsible for emotions, while the newly evolved cerebral cortex is responsible for cognition. Immediately after anything happens, the limbic system produces emotional responses such as fear, anger, joy, etc. It takes about 6 seconds for the cerebral cortex to perform cognitive processing.
In other words, everyone has a variety of emotions, but smart people with high emotional intelligence are better at managing bad emotions and venting them appropriately.
So, no matter what happens, be sure to control your impulses. After taking a deep breath for 6 seconds, a more rational and correct decision is often obtained.
Have you found the source of your bad mood?
No matter how smart, rich, or powerful you are, the moment someone gets angry, your IQ is zero, and it returns to normal in a minute.
Remember: never make any decisions when you are angry!
The key to being graceful is to control your emotions. Hurting someone with your mouth is the most stupid thing to do. We are not free, usually because we are influenced by bad emotions from within.
Remember: a man who can control bad emotions is stronger than a man who can take a city.
