You should throw away all smoking-related items, such as cigarettes, ashtrays, and lighters , within the area of ​​your life and work . Cannot be carried in weights, offices and cars.

  At the same time, you also need to inform your friends and family about your idea of ​​quitting smoking, saying that you have made up your mind to quit smoking, and begging them to supervise and help you together, and all you have to do is stay away from old smokers;

  3. Ask a doctor for help

  If you repeatedly fail to quit smoking, it will be very difficult after the withdrawal symptoms appear, and even affect your normal life and work. In this case, you can seek help from local smoking cessation clinics . If necessary, you can choose drugs to assist smoking cessation according to the doctor's advice.

  At present, there are four main types of smoking cessation drugs approved for clinical use in China, two of which are prescription drugs, namely varenicline and bupropion hydrochloride . There are two types of over-the-counter drugs, namely nicotine patches and nicotine chewing gum.
