Sui Sui Nian: It is delicious, so fresh, and tender and juicy. I was worried that it would be fishy. I used many methods to remove the fishy smell. It turns out that my worry was unnecessary. There are no small thorns. It’s too friendly for me who can spit thorns. The layer of garlic under the fish is sweet after roasting, and the soft fufu has no spicy taste at all.

Ingredients: 1 golden pomfret, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and pepper, sliced ginger, scallions, corn oil, garlic cloves, spicy barbecue seasoning

step:

1️⃣Wash and clean the fish, use kitchen paper to dry the water in the fish body and stomach, cut the surface with a knife, and put it into a deeper container

2️⃣Pour in salt and pepper, cooking wine and light soy sauce, spread evenly on the fish body repeatedly, stuff ginger slices and scallions into the fish belly, put ginger slices on the surface of the fish body, cover with plastic wrap, marinate for 1-2 hours, halfway turn over once

3️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

4️⃣ Spread oil paper on the baking tray, put the garlic cloves, absorb the surface moisture of the marinated fish again, put it on the garlic cloves, wrap the tail of the fish with tin foil, brush a layer of oil on the surface of the fish body, sprinkle spicy barbecue seasoning, put it into the preheated Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

5️⃣Take it out, turn it over, sprinkle a layer of spicy barbecue sauce, put it back in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

6️⃣The surface is decorated with chopped green onion, white sesame, and spicy millet

Small tips:

① During the process of marinating the fish, turn it over to taste evenly

②If you want to have a crispy texture on both sides, you can grill the fish with a grill, put the fish on the grill, and put a baking tray underneath to catch the dripping juice

③Because the tail of the fish is relatively thin, wrapping it in tin foil is not easy to burn
