step:

1️⃣ Thaw the beef rolls in advance, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes in advance

2️⃣Put the ingredients of the cake skin into the pot, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax

3️⃣Put the onion in the non-stick pan, fry until fragrant, add the fungus and marinated beef rolls, fry until discolored, sprinkle with some chopped black pepper, quickly stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and wait to cool

4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

5️⃣ Roll the dough into a square, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese, put on the fried beef filling, don't be juicy☺︎, then sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese, pinch the bottom tightly, roll it up and place it on a baking tray lined with greased paper

6️⃣Put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Small tips:

①The dough of the pie crust can be rolled out directly, or divided into two small doughs. If divided into two, it will be smaller

②This amount is OK for a girl

③If there is no time to thaw in a hurry, the fat beef rolls can also be marinated in advance, and the sauce can be added during the frying process.
