I have dark circles under my eyes because I often stay up late to write articles and have nothing to do with sports; favorite multiplayer sports such as basketball and playing black usually occur during the day and have nothing to do with dark circles.
Today, the topic I want to talk about is - staying up late in the student days. Combined with my own situation and friends around me, I simply classify staying up late into: active staying up late and passive staying up late.

For a college student, he is very busy during the day, needs to attend classes, play ball, and socialize; however, at night, especially late at night, he is relatively free. This period of time is a precious asset for those who want to learn. Students who choose to take postgraduate entrance examinations, civil service examinations, or certificate examinations will generally choose to stay up late. Of course, even students who don't like studying will choose to stay up late to study before the final exam.
Second, you want to watch dramas or play games
University is a long process. Apart from studying, there are still many things to do—such as watching dramas and playing games.
What time is the best? Of course it was, the long night.
Third, online social networking or telephone social networking
Whether it's a long-distance relationship, or the dormitory is opposite; you need to talk to your girlfriend (boyfriend), it can be long or short, and you may stay up late.

Passive stay up late
It is very hard to passively stay up late; because you are unwilling. However, sometimes you can't help yourself.
First, passively hang out with friends
Do you have to decide for yourself when socializing or entertaining? Not necessarily, sometimes you need to wrong yourself; sometimes you need to maintain a superficial friendship.
Second, insomnia
I finally came to insomnia. Is life complete without experiencing insomnia? Of course, complete. It's just really unlikely; for college students, it's also unlikely (but it doesn't rule out individual people). So, why do college students suffer from insomnia?
Data on the Internet show that college students sleep an average of 7 hours a day. As many as 77% of the students suffer from insomnia (17% often suffer from insomnia, 60% occasionally suffer from insomnia), 20% of college students only sleep for more than 5 hours, and 15% of the students report that their sleep quality is poor and they feel light dreams. Stress, anxiety and tension have become the main killers of college students' sleep quality.
Here's a weird thing: the fear of insomnia is the number one cause of insomnia. Some college students are very worried when they encounter insomnia occasionally. They suspect that they have insomnia, and their emotions are very depressed. Before going to bed, they say to their subconscious mind-I will not be able to sleep tonight.

How to solve insomnia?
I still don't talk about how to deal with it, and take the initiative to stay up late; I can only remind that staying up late is not good, and pay attention to your body.
First, proper exercise
30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day can help improve metabolism, blood circulation, and promote healthy sleep. The best time to exercise is 6 hours before going to bed, otherwise exercise will also interfere with sleep.
Second, eat well
As the saying goes, eat enough to sleep well. The digestion and absorption of food is also very important for sleep. The digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract is weak, which makes people tired. Even at night, the stomach is still working like an old cow, and of course it cannot guarantee a good sleep. In this case, probiotics can be replenished in time. By maintaining the balance of intestinal flora and maintaining the dominant position of probiotics, human immunity is greatly enhanced, and gastrointestinal problems and sleep problems are easily solved.
Third, you have to believe in yourself
You can fall asleep and stop making excuses to play on your phone.
