I have dark circles because I often stay up late to write articles and have nothing to do with sports; favorite multiplayer sports such as basketball, blackout, etc. generally occur during the day and have nothing to do with dark circles.

Today, the topic to be discussed is - staying up late in the student days. Combining my own situation and the friends around me, I simply classify staying up late into: active staying up late and passive staying up late.

Actively stay up late

Taking the initiative to stay up late is simply: the body still wants to sleep, but I refuse the request of the body and choose to stay up late. So why does this happen?

First, you want to learn

For a college student, the daytime is very busy, he needs to attend classes, he needs to play ball, and he needs to socialize; however, at night, especially late at night, he is relatively free. This time is a valuable asset for those who want to learn. Regardless of whether students choose to take postgraduate entrance examinations, civil servants, or certificate examinations, they generally choose to stay up late. Of course, even students who don't like to study will choose to stay up late to study before the final exam.

Second, you want to chase dramas or play games

University is a long process. Apart from studying, there are still many things to do - such as chasing dramas, such as playing games.

What time is the coolest? Of course, the long night.

Third, social networking or telephone social networking

Whether it is a long-distance relationship, or the dormitory is opposite; you all need to talk to your girlfriend (boyfriend), it can be long or short, and it is likely to stay up late.

Passive stay up late

Passively staying up late is very hard; because, you are reluctant. However, sometimes you can't help yourself.

First, passively hang out with friends

Socializing or socializing, must it be decided by oneself? Not really, sometimes you need to compromise yourself; sometimes you need to maintain a superficial friendship.

Second, insomnia

I finally talked about insomnia. Is life complete without experiencing insomnia? Of course, complete. It's just really unlikely; for college students, it's unlikely (but not excluding individuals). So why do college students suffer from insomnia?

Data on the Internet shows that college students sleep an average of 7 hours a day. Up to 77% of the students have insomnia problem (17% often suffer from insomnia, 60% occasionally suffer from insomnia), of which 20% of the students only sleep for more than 5 hours, and 15% of the students report that their sleep quality is poor and they have many shallow dreams. Stress and anxiety have become the main killers of college students' sleep quality.

There is a very strange thing: fear of insomnia is the main reason for insomnia. Some college students are very worried when they encounter insomnia occasionally, suspecting that they have insomnia, and their emotions are very depressed.

How to solve insomnia?

I still don’t talk about how to deal with it, and I take the initiative to stay up late; I can only remind you that staying up late is not good, pay attention to your body.

First, proper exercise

Aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day can help improve metabolism, blood circulation, and promote healthy sleep. The best time to exercise is 6 hours before bedtime, otherwise exercise will also interfere with sleep.

Second, eat well

As the saying goes, eat well to sleep well. The digestion and absorption of food is also very important for sleep. The digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract is weak, which makes people tired. Even at night, the gastrointestinal tract is still running like an old cow pulling a car. Of course, it cannot guarantee a good sleep. In this case, probiotics can be replenished in time. By maintaining the balance of intestinal flora and maintaining the dominant position of probiotics, human immunity is greatly enhanced, and gastrointestinal problems and sleep problems are solved.

Third, you have to believe in yourself

You can fall asleep, don't make excuses to play with your phone.
