A survey of research data shows that nearly 6% to 15% of couples in my country are unable to reproduce normally due to infertility. On average, 1 in 6 couples cannot conceive without clinical help.

  The so-called infertility, refers to the husband and wife have normal sex, and have never taken contraceptive measures. However, after more than 1 year, there is still no successful pregnancy, which is infertility.

  The reasons for infertility are quite complex, such as male barriers, sexual problems, etc., which will affect pregnancy . In addition, if a woman has the following three problems, it will also affect conception:

1, tubal pelvic factors

  Clinically, nearly 1/3 of women who are infertile in my country are actually affected by tubal disease. You know, the fallopian tube is an important place where sperm and egg meet and combine . If the fallopian tubes have lesions, it is likely to cause infertility.

  For example, common congenital tubal malformations, tubal blockage or adhesion, and hydrops, etc. , will affect the release and union of eggs. In addition to congenital factors, gynecological inflammation, repeated abortions, bad living habits, etc., are also the culprits behind the diseases that lead to fallopian tubes;

2. Polycystic ovary syndrome

  This kind of disease, presumably every woman has heard of it in life, it is a kind of endocrine and metabolic disorder in women with high incidence and reproductive age. After the onset of the disease, the patient may have chronic anovulation (disordered or complete loss of ovulation function), excessive androgen secretion, etc., and the main symptoms are irregular menstrual cycle, infertility, and exuberant body hair .

  Not only that, related researches have shown that polycystic ovary is also a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, gestational diabetes and endometrial cancer ;

3. Uterine factors

  The uterus is the only place where a fertilized egg develops into a fetus. If there is a problem with the internal environment of the uterus, or there are other diseases, it will affect the development and survival of the embryo.

  According to the current clinical data, congenital uterine malformations (such as patients with unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus), acquired endometrial polyps, uterine fibroids, endometrial cancer, endometrial tuberculosis, etc. It can also affect embryonic development .

  In addition, among the diseases of the uterus, there is a disease called " endometriosis", which is also one of the causes of infertility . Clinically, nearly 25-35% of infertile women in China are due to endometriosis.

  In addition to the above three disease factors, there are about 10% of the infertile population. All the tests are normal, but they are unable to give birth normally. This situation is clinically known as unexplained infertility.

  All in all, there are many factors that cause infertility, and different infertility factors have different treatment methods. If the couple has never been pregnant, it is necessary for the two to seek medical attention in time for relevant examinations.
